Rebranding for one of the most important theatre institutions in Silesia. The new identity is built around the theatre’s three distinct stages, whose diverse repertoire reflects the artistic spectrum of the institution. The central visual symbol draws on several references: the geometry of the theatre’s roof, whose tectonic structure inspired its form; a red rose, referencing the distinctive floral ornamentation found in Silesian workers’ housing and the historic architecture of Nikiszowiec; and interlocking polygons that give the symbol a dynamic, industrial character rooted in the region. The three solid forms also evoke one of Silesia’s most significant natural resources — coal. The geometric composition suggests a kaleidoscope, evoking shifting images, colours and shapes and reflecting the transformative nature of theatre.

The identity was developed across a broad range of communication materials, including posters, billboards, catalogues, leaflets, invitations, tickets, promotional materials and the theatre’s website.
